Countdown to launch

We have been quiet for a little while now as the last few months have seen an incredible amount of hard work across the Peckham Levels site and behind the scenes. We’ve met our members, our team has grown, and we’ll be introducing you to everyone right here on the blog very soon.

We’ve had the pleasure of meeting (almost) every applicant from the 298 that applied for studio, workshop and office space.

We’ve enjoyed sampling the amazing food from our future food traders, spending time meetings with yogis, hair and beauty experts, print makers, ceramicists, event organisers, script writers, musicians, social enterprises, community groups and hundreds of creatives working on big ideas and in practices we’ve never seen before. Amazing doesn’t come close.

With such an overwhelming response, we’ve had some incredibly difficult decisions to make. The wealth of talent, creativity and enthusiasm across every single person we have met meant selecting the final 70 or so who will be joining us in studios was nearly impossible. For anyone who couldn’t get a studio this time round, our message remains the same, you are part of our community and we will continue to find ways for you to get involved and benefit from the opportunities we hope Peckham Levels will bring.

We really can’t wait to start sharing all of this news with you. All of our successful members have now been offered their space. However, we still have an opportunity for one final food trader and a gallery operator, if that’s you, get in touch!

It’s now only three months until we open our doors to our members, and to the public. You’ll finally be able to explore 7 levels of creativity and culture, designed to celebrate the amazing talent at work in Peckham. We can’t wait.

As we creep ever closer to our opening, we will be making some BIG ANNOUCMENTS over the next few weeks. So stay tuned.

To keep up to date with our progress and to be the first to find out WHO is going to be joining us, sign up to our newsletter and follow us on social media.
