Introducing // Intoart

We are super excited to start announcing the creative and inspiring individuals and businesses who will be transforming the unused inner levels of Peckham’s famous multi-storey carpark, into a positive community project that celebrates the creative spirit alive in Peckham and nurtures local talent.

For our first announcement, we are delighted to introduce visual arts organisation, Intoart. Intoart is an art and design studio based in South London working inclusively with people with learning disabilities. With an unquestionable vision in ensuring people with learning disabilities are visible, equal and recognised as established artists.

Working with adults and young people with learning, physical and sensory disabilities and those on the Autistic Spectrum, their extensive programme includes the following activity:

Art Studio

Weekly art studio sessions focused on learning skills and long-term commitment to progressions as artists

Design Studio

Unique design studio run inclusively by people with learning disabilities focused on design practice spanning illustration, product design, print, textiles, ceramics and fashion.

Young people and Mentoring

Practice Makes programme with schools is a pioneering model of artist mentoring by Intoart artists with learning disabilities working with young people with learning disabilities

Museum Collections

Initiating partnerships with internationally renowned museums to create access for people with learning disabilities to engage with contemporary art & museum collections, including the Victoria and Albert Museum and Tate.

Exhibitions and public events

Showcasing the breadth and quality of the work by Intoart artists in group and solo exhibitions


Our growing archive of over 2000 artworks, many of which will be on display in their new Peckham Levels home.
