Peckham Festival Full Lineup

With just under 2 weeks to go until Peckham kicks into festival mode, we're excited to showcase our full lineup for Saturday 16th September, as part of this years Peckham Festival.

"With the vibrant cacophony of sounds, people, and activity filling the streets, every day feels like a festival in Peckham!" This couldn't ring more true for when we open our doors later this Autumn.

So here it is, introducing Peckham Levels meets Peckham Festival...

Come and get your first taste of the independent street food traders, soon to be trading full-time in Peckham Levels. There will be food available throughout the day along our newly planted alleyway from Kurdish Mezze to handmade Chinese Cuisine. Come get stuck in and meet Nandine, Hao Hao Chi, Drums & Flats and Canard.

Getting us in the mood to party, the boys from Parched London will be bringing the finest selection of local resident DJ's including Danuka (So Flute!), Deoke (Tiff's Joints), FYI Chris, Harri Pepper (Stamp The Wax), Hudnall (Pantheism), Sean OD (Balamii), Will Lister (Balamii) and Pete (On The Corner).

We're excited to announce that artist Mark Pearson will be creating a one off painting, of the alleyway, in full swing throughout the day. Also creating work for us all to enjoy will be Peckham Levels member Inxsanixty Art. Sani is a local contemporary visual artist whose work is hugely inspired by his West African, London heritage, and it's pretty special.

There will be an opportunity to meet our makers throughout the day, with jewellery workshops and displays from Codis Maya, Ella Bull, Tilly Sudsbury and Evah Kale. Artist Jessica Warby will be showcasing her super cute patches and embroidery alongside respected local community figure and artist Melissa Jo. Melissa has played a pivotal part in our Peckham Levels Steering Group over the last year - so feel free to pick her brains on the project and her role within it.

Social enterprise The Reasons Why Foundation will be on hand to offer insight into the amazing rehabilitation work they offer through their programs - please do go and say hi to Roger and find out how you can get involved in the project.

And lastly, adding to that festival vibe and the beat of our drum The Movement Factory will be wowing us with live dance performances and freestyle dance workshops in the square outside Peckhamplex.
